Between Gingerbread men, pancakes & crepes, Tuesday 5th was treat day in Rath NS. Senior Infants had been learning all about the story of the Gingerbread man so they decided to make their own. They weighed the ingredients, mixed and shaped them and Ms. McCarthy baked them and brought them back for decorating the following day. The older classes also prepared crepes and pancakes for the day, their favourite part being the eating, of course! 😉
