Ms. Connolly was our visiting teacher in first class for the past few weeks. There were some great lessons and lots of fun together

1st class sketched and painted some sunflowers inspired by Van Gogh in the hope of attracting some actual sunshine!

5th & 6th were delighted to be asked to join Holly Cairns TD to see what young people would like to see added or improved to in their areas

5th & 6th class participated in 4 weeks of online physics classes held by PHD students in MTU (formally CIT)The lessons focused on Phototonics, the study of light, and were really enjoyable. This group came second in their quiz.

6th Class enjoyed a wonderful adventure hike to Lough Hyne followed by team building in Sheelagh Hennessy’s outdoor learning centre

6th Class had a visit to Skibbereen Community School and were given a tour by some former Rath NS pupils!
