Christmas is a time when we think of those less fortunate than ourselves. It can highlight for us that not everybody is looking forward to the festive season and we remembered them in our thoughts and prayers during advent. 5th & 6th class organised a Christmas Jumper day in aid of Cork Simon Homeless charity. All pupils and teachers were invited to dress festively and donate €2. We were delighted to send off a cheque for €266 to Cork Simon before the Christmas holidays, just a small contribution towards the wonderful work they do!
