3rd to 6th Class children had a fantastic night out last weekend when they represented Rath NS at Baltimore’s Got Talent. Our first act was a beautiful rendition of Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect” performed with sign language. This was followed by our Trad band who played two pieces on instruments including the tin whistle, flute, fiddle, concertina, banjo, keyboard and guitar. The judges and audience were very impressed! If this wasn’t enough, two of our best rockers, Ben and Jesse, also performed a Nirvana classic on the keyboard and electric guitar!
There was stiff competition in the other local acts so we were absolutely delighted to see the Rath NS trad band scoop first prize and a bonus was that Ben and Jesse came 3rd! Huge congrats to all!
